Having Issues with Magic Link Sign In?

If you are trying to log into your account via the Magic Link email method and seeing the above message, please try the following:

Click the Latest Email Sent

With some email clients, they will collapse emails of the same kind together, like so:

When you open this threaded style email, please be sure you are opening/expanding the very latest email to expose the latest sign in button to use:

If you open and click older emails like the ones with the red X, these will not work.
